Fred Lewis
Founder & Managing Partner
Fred Lewis has over 23 years of experience in private real estate lending and is the founder of Dominion Financial as well as the affiliated Dominion Group of companies. Fred provides strategic and managerial oversight throughout the companies. Fred is a graduate of the George Washington University and is a Director on the Board of Capital Bank in Maryland as well as the founder of the nationally recognized mastermind group: The Real Investor Roundtable “RIR”.
Jack BeVier
Partner
Jack BeVier joined Dominion Financial and the affiliated Dominion Group in 2007 and has worked in nearly every aspect of single-family investment real estate including acquisitions, construction, property management, marketing, sales, business development, and finance. Jack has helped build Dominion Financial into a nationally recognized private lender for experienced real estate investors. Jack is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and is the co-founder of Baltimore’s non-profit trade organization for real estate investors, the Small Developer’s Collective.
Linda Lewis
Managing Director
Ms. Lewis has invested in Dominion Financial since 2003 and joined in 2021. She has over 25 years of experience in real estate and capital markets. Linda was CFO & Chief Structuring Officer for Waypoint Residential, a multifamily investment firm with 28,000 units. She was also COO & Chief Compliance Officer of a national broker-dealer where she conducted more than 100 private equity offerings that raised over $2 billion. Previously, she held senior positions including CFO & Head of IR and Portfolio Manager at various real estate private equity funds. Linda is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from the Kellogg Business School.
Andy Lincoln
Director of Operations
Andy Lincoln joined Dominion Financial in 2006 and oversees all Loan Processing, Accounting, and Loan Servicing. He is directly responsible for enforcing Dominion Financial protocol and standards throughout the operating teams from initial loan review, underwriting, funding, and payoff. Andy also directs all secondary loan sales to various counterparties. Andy has a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration from the University of Maryland and received his MBA from the University of Maryland. Andy is also a licensed real estate agent.
Wade Susini
Director of Sales
Wade has been a sales executive and manager in finance and real estate finance since graduating from Stevenson University in 2003. Wade is responsible for bringing in new business to Dominion Financial. Our lending business has increased fivefold since Wade began with us at the beginning of 2015. Wade has a BS in Business Administration from Stevenson University where he was a college athlete. He is a candidate for the Maryland CPA exam and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
